NOTES & PROVISIONS
By starting your Cyprus Air membership "Green Savings Club", you are expressly agreeing that Cyprus Air is authorized to charge you a monthly membership fee, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Green Savings Club membership will be serviced to the Payment Method you provided during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). In checking, I have agreed to all the provisions listed on the agreement.

Green Savings Club Maintenance Agreement
Planned Maintenance:
This agreement includes planned maintenance inspection every year to help prevent breakdowns and to maintain efficiency. During these visit/s, we will inspect and advise you of any needed repairs. No repairs will be made without your approval. In addition, you will receive a 15% discount on any repair parts as well as priority service. We service our Preferred Service Agreement customers first. Service calls and labor for repairs to be charged at prevailing rates.
The membership fee will be billed at the beginning of your membership and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We will automatically bill your Payment Method each month on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your Payment Method on the last day of such month. For example, if you became a paying member on January 31st, your Payment Method would next be billed on February 28th. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month may vary from month to month for reasons that include, differing amounts due to promotional offers, differing amounts due to changes in your membership plan and changes in the amount of applicable sales tax. We may also periodically authorize your card in anticipation of membership or related charges. All fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. We may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes by e-mail or mail. If you want to use a different Payment Method or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you must notify Cyprus Air by phone, e-mail or mail. If your Payment Method reaches its expiration date, your continued use of the service constitutes your authorization for us to continue billing that Payment Method and you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.
Ongoing Membership:
Your Green Savings Club Membership will continue in effect unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month's membership fees to your Payment Method. We will bill the monthly membership fee plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information).
Termination:
By signing, and becoming a member of the Green Savings Club, you have entered into a 12 month agreement. You may terminate your agreement with Cyprus Air at anytime. Cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH MEMBERSHIP PERIODS. To cancel, you must e-mail us at the following address or mail to 7525 Richmond Highway Alexandria, VA. 22306. If you wish to cancel your services there will be an early termination fee of $299. If you do decide to cancel after there was services done in your home you must pay the outstanding balance for services rendered at the non-member rate in addition to the early termination fee. This is a 12 month agreement that will automatically renew if not cancel or terminate. At the end of the 12 months your agreement will automatically renew for another 12 months. This will happen for the lifetime of the contract until you cancel or we terminate. in the event or early termination, Cyprus Air has permission from you to charge termination fees and any outstanding balance due to Cyprus with credit card or checking account information on file.
Agreement Terms and Conditions:
1. It is agreed that this agreement covers only electronically operated components inside the equipment and does not cover electrical or plumbing work beyond the limits or work required due to negligence, misuse of the equipment or because of fire, flood, acts of God or government, vandalism, sabotage of electrical, gas or water supply or damage caused by freezing.
2. Cyprus Air Inc. (hereby refer to as Cyprus Air) reserves the right to reject any agreement if an inspection by out service technician reveals the equipment to be in such a condition that the service will be unsatisfactory. The equipment must be brought up to industry standards at the customer's expense before acceptance of agreement at the time of the first maintenance check.
3. Cyprus Air shall not be responsible for system design or performance in maintaining design conditions except through failure of equipment covered herein.
4. Any changes, adjustments or repairs made by others, unless authorized by Cyprus Air in writing, shall terminate its obligation hereunder.
5. It shall be at the discretion of Cyprus Air to repair or replace defective materials and parts. In the even that any and all of the equipment is not in our opinion, economically repairable, Cyprus Air will quote a replacement cost. Until replacement has taken place, no further services will be performed.
6. Cyprus Air will not be required to furnish without extra cost any items of material, labor, or equipment which are recommended or required by insurance companies, Government, State, Municipal, or other authorities.
7. The customer cannot assign or transfer this agreement without prior consent of Cyprus Air.
8. Unnecessary or nuisance calls beyond the scope of this agreement will be charged to and paid by the purchaser at prevailing service rates. Examples: blown fuses, dirty filters, and tripped breakers.
9. All service will be performed during regular working hours (Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Emergency NO HEAT service during the winter will be taken 7 days a week until 10:00 p.m.
10. Cyprus Air will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that Cyprus Air shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay or any loss or excessive costs arising out of performance of this agreement. Cyprus Air does not guarantee the proper functioning of your equipment and shall not be liable for any loss, damage or fuel/energy cost resulting from the improper functioning of your equipment.
This proposal and the Terms and conditions specified herein constitute our entire agreement.
