Quick and Reliable! Great Service! My heat went out during a recent storm and Cyprus came over on very short noticed and fixed it right away! The technician was friendly and courteous - I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Friendly and Reliable

I have used Cyrpus since moving to the area in 1998 - love them! I refer friends and family all the time. I bought an AC through Cyprus three years ago and I've just purchased a new Carrier Heating Unit from them, too! Couldnt ask for a friendlier company.

We just moved from Florida. Just moved in to our new home. Our AC went down. (Compressor) Our so called home warranty company would not cover anything at all!!! Apparently it was due to lack of maintenance. I called Cyprus and they helped fight my warrenty company. I was able to get back $1200 from the home warrenty company and I did not used there so called contracters. (white unlettered truck with technician with no uniform)

We purchased a brand new Carrier Infinity system from Cyprus and it has been the best system that I have ever experienced. The bells and whistles on this thing are awesome. We are able to push a button on the thermostat and it lets me tell the system how much air I want coming out of the vents either high medium or low(Just like in my car)

Cyprus Air has been nothing but Great to work with and I will reccomend them to all my friends.

I've had such a pleasurable experience working with Cyprus Air and I feel inclined to provide them with a good review. I made the decision to convert two natural wood fireplaces over to the modern gas burning versions and I could not be happier with my choice. Not only do they look realistic and require little maintenance, they also produce a great amount of heat (more than I expected). This company has a lot to offer in terms of mantel styles and log set options but they did share many suggestions based on my overal goals. The installation process was midly disruptive, as you would expect from your typical light construction project. However, the workers were thorough and clean. Overall I am very pleased, especially as I enjoy my fireplace on a cold night like this. Brrr.

They came out when they said they would. The technician was very knowledgeable. Before the technician left my heat was working. Would Recommend A+. They have been the only HVAC company I have been using since I bought my house. My parents used them when I was a kid so I am continuing the family tradition.

Truely World Class

I'll start off by saying their showroom is completely beautiful. They have the most fireplaces I've even seen on display and they all work! This aided my decision greatly being able to see the fireplaces live was great. The sales reps and staff are very courteous and helpful. The price I had in mind was way higher than my purchase price which included installation and all of the necessary permits. The installation was flash they completed the job quick and clean. I would definately recommend.

Cyprus Air Heating was quick to repair my broken furnace during our recent snow storm. Both of the companies I called were unable to help us and Cyprus Heat was able to come on very short notice despite the conditions. I rate my experience as "great" overall.

Cyprus Air gets my "two thumbs up!" recommendation

I purchased a premium 3-burner, vent-free, propane fireplace gas log set from Cyprus Air two years ago, and it has been more than worth every dollar we spent, in the many, many hours of satisfaction that we get from it every winter. Cyprus Air just visited for my fireplace's winter season turn-on and maintenance check-up. All is well (Thank you, Rick!). I am very grateful to EVERYONE at Cyprus Air for their absolutely SUPERB customer service. Very courteous office staff and technicians. Fast response. I always recommend Cyprus Air to my friends with two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

I recently had my air ducts cleaned by Cyprus Air and they did a great job. The amount of dirt and debris that was removed from my vents was shocking. They finished the job by sanitizing and deodorizing. I can really tell the difference of air quality now than before. I recommend everyone to get their ducts cleaned and by Cyprus!

Exceptional Job well done

My a/c unit had been on the fritz for a while and I had been doing my research on a company to solve this problem. I had found Cyprus Air first. They had mixed reviews but I gave them a shot. A free estimate was scheduled and one of their reps came to my house. He evaluated my home and suggested the ideal unit for my home. The price he offered me was one I couldn't refuse. Unlike other companies they have an amazing showroom, I was really surprised. I didn't even go to look at the fireplaces but I am considering converting to gas now. The displays are great! I would recommend them to anyone.

My outdoor unit's motor had stopped. I called Cyprus and they were out here THE SAME DAY!...During the hot season this appointment was a life saver! The service was great and I was surprised they could have my air conditioner fixed within the same day of my call.

I recently purchased a fireplace from them, and the prices were amazing. I got the unit I wanted with extra bells and whistles for a really great price. Also the install went as smooth as promised.

I recently had a vented fireplace installed by Cyprus, and boy did they do a remarkable job! They price they offered me was the lowest around my area so I made the right choice and selected them. It's a friendly family business that is truly one of a kind.

Top Notch Service at Affordable Prices!

This company is simply wonderful! I have been a customer for over 10 years now and they have provided me with nothing but the best service on my air conditioning system. They are friendly, knowledgable and always get the job done.

Last week I bought a firelog set and as a promotion they had going on a recieved a second set free, installed!!! The price by far was the cheapest around. The showroom is simply breath-taking. Everyone there was so helpful and courteous. They definately have a customer for life here.

We had a whole new air and heating unit installed by cyprus air. before we did we got several estimates and cyprus beat others pricing by quite a bit. we were very happy with the service...thus far. but everything seems to be working just fine.

Called Cyprus Air after discovering my AC wasn't working and it is 98 DEGREES OUTSIDE!. Tech. came to our home same day, and fixed the problem quick. Prices are fair; work is good. Would recommend.

I called at 10:30 am, got a call back from the emergency tech within 15 minutes, he arrived 1/2 hour later and the heat was on in 15 minutes. Pricey, but then again...it's Sunday mornng.
